Analytics Director – Marketing Mix Modelling | London | up to £120,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a world leader in Media investment analysis. My client harness the power of data to provide independent advice, enabling brand owners to utilise media investment decisions and improve business outcomes.

Sitting in the Analytics team, who work with advertisers help them get the best returns on marketing and promotional spend. You’ll be leading the delivery of high-quality services (Specialising in Marketing Mix Modelling) and product developments to meet client needs, and be responsible for team leadership, coaching, overseeing modelling and client relationships.

Reporting into the Group Director, you will manage a team of up to 8 members with P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• To help train and develop junior members of the team and help them progress
• Evaluate productivity and profitability to drive improvements in pricing and resource use
• To establish and convert new business opportunities
• Demonstrate active support for the training initiatives across the wider team

What you will bring to the role:

• You will be an expert marketing analytics practitioner with around 10 years experience
• You must have some hands-on experience building MMM models
• You will have extensive experience developing client relationships; negotiating terms as well as upsell and cross-sell product offerings
• You will have extensive experience coaching and supporting teams

The Package:

Basic salary: up to £120,000 per annum

Discretionary bonus

Hybrid Working: 2-3 days/week in the office (London)
