Your role
Reporting to our CEO, the General Manager UK holds overall accountability for the revenue and performance of the UK market. You will own and accelerate the achievement of company goals based on localised product and customer strategies.
Your responsibilities
- Leadership, people management, coaching, and resource planning.
- ARR growth and sales performance.
- Customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Overall local P&L accountability and regional strategy.
The General Manager is primarily responsible for the market-specific vision, growth, and leadership of Silverfin\’s business outcomes in the UK.

- Successful GTM creation and execution in the UK.
- Market assessment and PMF alignment with product and marketing teams.

Experience and qualifications
- 10+ years managing a key sales and/or customer-facing services function in a growing SaaS software business.
- A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
- Successful experience within the SaaS industry.
