Aspire People are looking for Flexible Supply staff in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are available to work in a variety of Primary Schools local to you on days suited to you.

Working with Aspire will allow you to access flexible day-to-day supply cover, long-term positions & permanent roles on a full-time or part-time basis. We are looking for competent, hardworking staff who love teaching and are dedicated to encouraging and inspiring our younger generation. As your consultant, I will try to accommodate your needs as well as finding my schools the best candidates for the job.

For many years we have supplied to Primary Schools in Stratford and due to recent events, the demand for cover staff has never been so high. That is why we would like to talk to Teachers who are looking for work to enable us to keep on supporting the ongoing development of the local schools.

To become a supply teacher with Aspire you will need:

  • UK QTS (NQT's welcome to apply).
  • Relevant Teaching experience and a thorough knowledge of EYFS, KS1/KS2 curriculum.
  • Good communication skills & must be confident in working as part of a team.
  • A flexible, positive approach to working.
