Currently we are looking for a skilled MEP Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of M&E construction from design, procurement, delivery and commissioning. In this dynamic position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every system works flawlessly and that all installations meet the highest standards. The Project: This is a fantastic Grade 2 listed cut and carve project based in the heart of London and we will be transforming the existing Edwardian building into a high-end commercial and mixed-use space. Main Responsibilities: * You’ll be responsible for clear communication between M&E consultants and onsite delivery teams ensuring the project meets client expectations. * In addition, you’ll be preparing detailed progress reports for management and the client, maintaining up-to-date M&E drawings, and ensuring all stages of delivery are documented meticulously to meet regulations and standards.
