Location: Remote (UK-based)

Salary: up to £100K DOE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite & ZAB Consultant to join our team and support clients in optimising their financial and subscription billing processes. This role requires in-depth expertise in NetSuite ERP and ZAB, including implementation, customisation, and ongoing support.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of NetSuite ERP with a focus on Zone Advanced Billing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Develop and customise workflows, scripts, reports, and dashboards within NetSuite to align with client needs.
• Provide technical and functional support for NetSuite, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ZAB and financial modules.
• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end-users to ensure seamless adoption.
• Stay updated with NetSuite and ZAB product enhancements and recommend improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to streamline billing and revenue recognition processes.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant, with a strong focus on ZoneBilling implementation.

✅ Expertise in NetSuite ERP, particularly in financial management, billing, and revenue recognition.

✅ Hands-on experience configuring and customising ZoneBilling modules.

✅ Strong understanding of subscription billing, recurring revenue models, and IFRS 15 compliance.

✅ Ability to design and implement SuiteScripts, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Reports.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues efficiently.

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering client-facing projects.

✅ NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) highly desirable.
