  • Partner effectively with the wider LD&P Team to align efforts and ensure consistency in learning and performance initiatives across King.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams to support the successful delivery of groupwide learning and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the wider ABK organisation to align and share best practices, ensuring a unified approach to learning and performance.

Learning and Development Initiatives

  • Design and deliver innovative, blended learning solutions (e.g., workshops, e-learning, coaching) that cater to employees across all levels and functions.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance leadership and management capabilities, ensuring alignment with King’s leadership and DEI goals.
  • Facilitate learning sessions as needed, supporting the delivery of key content created by the LD&P Core Team.

Performance and Talent Development

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive key HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, and other talent initiatives.
  • Provide managers with tools and training to effectively support talent progression, engagement, and retention.
  • Advocate for a feedback-rich culture by promoting best practices for performance reviews and coaching conversations.

Programme Management and Measurement

  • Track, measure, and analyse the impact of learning and development efforts, presenting data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Pilot and iterate new programmes based on employee feedback and ROI analysis.

Culture and Inclusion

  • Embed King’s values and DEI priorities into all learning and development initiatives.
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment by ensuring equitable access to training opportunities for all employees.

Skills to create thrills

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a highly matrixed environment, working effectively across multiple teams, geographies, and levels of the organisation.
  • Strong ability to design and facilitate impactful learning programmes, both in-person and virtually.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality programmes on time and within budget.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure the impact of learning initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
