Job Description Drive Cloud Migration Success as Our Director β Cloud Migrations Operations Office at Unit4 Unit4 is leading a transformative shift to the cloud, offering unparalleled flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness to businesses globally. As we work to transition all our customers to the cloud over the next 18 months, the Director β Cloud Migrations Operations will play a key role in ensuring that we meet project deadlines and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Hands-on, operational approach to leading and managing the CMOO team Develop, implement, and maintain the governance framework, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for all migration activities. Monitor and report on migration progress and outcomes to maintain transparency Support in prioritizing the teamβs work Key interfaces and ways of working: Collaborate with senior leadership to align migration strategies with wider Unit4 goals Work closely with other CMOO roles to ensure cohesive operations. Own and drive the relationships with Resource Management, CMT and Cloud Ops to communicate progress and address concerns. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
