This role sits within Income Generation and Communications, focusing on the promotion and sales of the ‘Employers for Carers’ product into businesses and organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to build new business connections and manage current business supporters who looking to make improvements to workplace practices and engagement. This role will require someone who is experienced in engaging with prospective clients and able to support the development of strategy and outreach to new organisations and stakeholders. As part of this exciting role, you will work with clients to maximise the uptake of the Carers product through various platforms, including digital resources and be confident in tracking and managing renewal information through the Carers UK database.To be successful as the Account Executive (New Business), you will need:Demonstrable new business sales experience, be able to upsell, and cross-sell with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets. A good understanding of building business-to-business relationships. Knowledge of general marketing principles, including the use of social media platforms to generate interest and new business.
