What You’ll Be Doing:Lead all aspects of culinary production, food quality, menu execution, and labour optimisationInspire and develop a high-performing culinary teamEnsure operational compliance, HACCP adherence and food safety standardsPartner with commercial and menu development teams to deliver innovation and customer satisfactionTake ownership of kitchen technology integration, process improvements and culinary auditsDrive budgetary performance, labour productivity, and ingredient quality What We’re Looking For:A qualified Chef with formal culinary education or equivalent experienceMinimum 10 years\’ experience in the culinary world, including 5 years as an Executive ChefProven leadership in high-volume food production, ideally with inflight catering or manufacturing exposureStrong communication, coaching, and people development skillsA proactive problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation What’s On Offer:£70,000–£80,000 salary10% performance-based bonusThe chance to work with one of the biggest names in global food serviceCareer-defining role in a cutting-edge culinary environment
