Your Mission
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll:
- Champion Sub-Brand Communications: Develop and execute tailored communication strategies for sub-brands, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand voice and objectives.
- Lead Campaign Creations: Design innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that captivate audiences, promote sub-brands, and achieve business goals.
- Drive PPC Excellence: Manage PPC campaigns from setup to optimisation, maximising ROI while keeping the advertising budget in check.
- Measure and Report Performance: Analyse marketing and PPC performance data to provide actionable insights and improve future strategies.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product teams, sales, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives, product launches, and sales initiatives.
- Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to keep your strategies fresh and competitive. Responsibility for undertaking research to support with opportunities. This may include preparing opportunity overviews and buyer grids using desktop research tools.
- Coordinate Engaging Content: Work closely with the content team to produce compelling, on-brand materials that resonate with your target audience.
- Innovate with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with the Head of Digital and BDEs to integrate new prospects and innovative ideas into your marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a multi-channel business environment.
- Proven track record in brand awareness and campaign execution.
- Expertise in digital content creation, social media management (particularly LinkedIn), and scheduling tools.
- Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills, with proficiency in Canva or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience deriving actionable insights for business reporting.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and operating systems (Mac & Windows).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience managing multiple brands.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and processes.
- Knowledge of budgeting and building business cases.
