If you know the regulatory ropes and want to help shape how a business meets its Consumer Duty head-on – we want to hear from you.You’ll:✅ Deliver risk-based 2LoD compliance monitoring as part of our Compliance Plan.✅ Conduct audits, risk assessments, and assurance reviews with a sharp eye and balanced judgment.✅ Influence the business on control improvements and risk mitigation.✅ Champion a culture of compliance and customer-centric conduct risk management.✅ Play a pivotal role in FCA engagements, including thematic reviews and regulatory visits.✅ Produce clear, insightful reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.You’ll Bring:🎓 A QCF Level 4 DipFA or DipPFS (or equivalent)🎓 Hands-on experience in 2LoD compliance within financial services.📚 Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape, including FCA Handbooks (COBS, SYSC, T&C, etc.), Consumer Duty, data protection, and financial crime frameworks.💡 Strong communication skills – you can challenge with diplomacy and influence with credibility.🤝 A collaborative mindset – you\’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders and working in partnership across departments.You’ll Get:💼 £45k – £55k salary + 15% pensions contribution + bonus.✅ A varied role where your insight makes a real difference to the business and its clients.📍 A Leeds-based hybrid setup – 2 days in office.🎯 The chance to shape a forward-thinking compliance function with a strong voice at the table.📩 Sound like you?
