Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a market leading innovative building products manufacturing company based in Leeds. Due to significant growth, they are looking to recruit a Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring a quality employee experience, as a Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor your role will include:Onboarding new starters and sending out offer letters and contracts Supporting managers with recruitment and coordinating interviews Act as a first line of enquiry for new starters queriesCoordinate booking new starters onto inductions and training programmes Assisting with job advertisement and CV shortlisting Manage accommodation bookings and travel costs for new starters where requiredBenefits as a Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor include:25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays Death in ServiceFree Onsite Car ParkingCycle to work scheme The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a human resources setting, if this sounds like a role for you then please apply now.
