Site Manager

We currently have several new opportunities for a Site Manager to plan and oversee the installation of our timber rainscreen/ cladding systems on projects across the UK.Main Duties· Manage deliveries into site· Coordinating and supervising team of installers· Liaise with clients onsite· Quality checks· Prepare wages and site reports· Perform safety inspections and ensure Health & Safety procedures are being followed Requirements:· Good communication skills, both written and verbal· Good knowledge of building methods and regulations, experience of rainscreen cladding ideal· Relevant CSCS card· Able to work away when requiredCompensationSalary to be agreed dependant on experience plus travel expensesJob Type: Freelance or permanentHours: 7.30am – 4.00pm Monday to FridayDress code: smart casual
