We’re seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to help us maintain a safe and compliant work environment across our operations.Key Responsibilities:Policy Development & Implementation: Create, review, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.Risk Assessments & Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.Training & Awareness: Deliver engaging health and safety training sessions to staff and management, fostering a culture of safety awareness.Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.Compliance Monitoring: Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies, ensuring continuous improvement.Toolbox Talks & Awareness Campaigns: Create and deliver materials to promote understanding and discussion on key safety topicsData Collection & Statistical Analysis: Record and analyse data relating to incidents, near misses, audits, training, and safety performance.
