Role: Housing Officer Salary: £35,000/annum Type: Rolling Contract – Temporary – 35 Hours a Week. Location: Birmingham We are excited to be working with one of our leading public sector clients who are a leading social housing provider The role of Housing Officer will see you support the delivery of housing management services whilst promoting community involvement and empowerment. Key duties include: Manage a range of tenancy types and leases Investigate all cases of ASB in accordance with policy and procedures Complete comprehensive tenancy audits and timely tenancy reviews Investigate effectively and sensitively all tenancy management cases received Conduct face to face interviews with customers on a diverse range of issues The ideal candidate will have a positive "can do" attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and good time management l are also desired. Good IT skills and a Full UK Driving license are essential.
