Construction Disputes Supervising Associate – 3-6 PQEOur client is a highly ranked global Legal 500 firm and advise many of the world\’s leading insurers on complex, high value policy coverage disputes involving underlying construction disputes.Core services include:ArbitrationsExpert DeterminationsLarge Scale AdjudicationsLitigationMediations, Conciliations and other ADR processes.The ideal candidate:3-6 years PQE in construction disputeswill be dynamic and motivated by the challenges of working on the most complex of disputeswill have good working knowledge of NEC and FIDICwill have a thorough and current working knowledge of the TCC and adjudicationwill have worked for a leading law firm for insurance and/or construction work.
