Location: Nashville, TN

Compensation: $145,000 + Bonus

We are actively seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their dynamic team based in Nashville, TN. This role offers the unique opportunity to work within a lean team structure, ensuring that you will be actively involved in every deal from start to finish. This hands-on experience will not only broaden your expertise but also position you as a vital contributor to the firm’s continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios and conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Perform valuation and financial analyses, including M&A, DCF, project financing, trading comparable, precedent transactions, pro-forma projections, and LBO analyses to provide the information needed to evaluate a potential development project, acquisition targets, and other corporate development and investment opportunities.
• Assist in day-to-day deal and project execution as well as business development targets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
