We are seeking an experienced and proactive immediately available Executive Assistant to be based in the Investor Relations team within this leading private equity firm.
Based in the heart of Mayfair, you will provide seamless support to a Managing Director and a dynamic Investor Relations team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be looking for a role and a firm in which you can add value to and take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational tasks.
You will be proactive, highly organised, and adaptable. You will be client-facing in your communication and will have experience managing an extensive schedule, prioritising appointments, and travel management.
You MUST be an Assistant with a minimum of 5+ years of experience within the investment sector or professional services.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management for MDs
- Coordinating internal and external meetings with clients
- Organising all logistics including international travel and events
- Liaising with senior stakeholders
- Managing CRM database
- Researching prospective investors
- Coordinating IR meetings and roadshows
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
This is a 6 – 12 month maternity cover, 5 days in office.
You must be immediately available or on a one week notice.
