Evidence Processing Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation and processing of purchase invoices to a bespoke accounting software
- Filing invoices
- Approving and releasing sales orders
- Credit control and contacting customers to request payments
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email
- Monthly bank and credit card statement reconciliations
- VAT and Intrastat submission
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSEs A-C, including English and Maths
- Excellent and proficient organisational skills and time management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Excel
- A working, practical knowledge of an accounting software and payroll software
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience within a similar role may be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Salary: competitive, depending on experience
