Systems Transformation Accountant
Home based with travel to Newcastle-under-Lyme at least once per week

We are recruiting a full-time experienced Systems Transformation Accountant to support and deliver a three-year finance transformation programme and to support the wider business with the transformational agenda.
The Systems Transformation Accountant role is pivotal to ensure the Finance team have the right processes and systems in place to deliver an efficient service to the business. The role will be crucial in optimising financial systems and processes by assessing existing practices, collaborating with other teams, and ensuring alignment with the Corporate Plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your knowledge and skills to drive change.
You will have experience of:
- Finance system transformation ensuring data integrity.
- Implementation of finance systems.
- Automation of manual processes.
- Supporting and collaborating with wider business transformation ensuring alignment with financial systems.
- Managing and delivering multiple projects.
- Finance system administration and business support.
- Using own creativity and judgement, having an assertive approach in driving through change.
- Deliver appropriate systems training to end-users and developing the user guides.
