The employer here are looking to provide services across Engineering, Cleaning and Sustainability to ensure the client\’s estate is best looked afterYou will be working within a team matrix structure, navigate key stakeholder relationships and roles needed to support the overall programme; this includes key customer contacts, contractors and the wider Account teamThis is a fantastic role for a Sustainability professional to develop on one of the largest Sustainability FM UK contractsActions will include:Lead the delivery of the sustainability services in line with the contract specificationLead, develop and drive the Sustainability Management Plan agreed with the customer, monitor progress, promote achievements, and ensure all required reporting is deliveredGrow & engage with employee champions networkSetting annual environmental objectives and targetsEstablish governance framework & engage with senior stakeholders across the customer to ensure that all sustainability plans remain relevant and updatedEmbed a digital approach to CSR and sustainability reporting across the portfolioValidate carbon data ready for reporting and publication and monitor performance – Seek suitable external certificationWork with the Operations Performance Sustainability team to build the Sustainability Management System including core documents (Sustainability Improvement plan, carbon reduction plan, biodiversity net gain).Design reporting and assurance processes around sustainability, including supporting other departments with their objectives.Work with the wider Operations Performance team to develop site environmental risk and priorities – collate site data and undertake site visits as required.We need from you:Clear Sustainability experience within delivery and knowledge of ISO standardsIdeally having worked in a complex matrix team structureAbility to travel
