With a thriving London office and an impressive pipeline of work, they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.You will take the lead on large cut and carve and refurbishment tenders over £20m, playing a pivotal role in securing high-value projects and supporting the company’s ambitious growth.As Senior Estimator, you will:Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for projects over £20mAnalyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare detailed cost plansManage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, quotations, and comparisonsWork closely with pre-construction, operations, and directors to develop winning strategiesProvide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and value engineering solutionsAttend client meetings, presentations, and interviews as the commercial lead on tendersSupport project handover to delivery teams and mentor junior estimatorsThe company’s London office is a vibrant, collaborative hub with a strong team culture and a great buzz, making it an exciting place for ambitious professionals to grow.What’s on offer:Salary £90,000 – £100,000Bonus schemeChance to lead high-value tenders (£20m+) in the fit out and refurbishment sectorWork with a thriving contractor with a strong track record of successPlease apply directly or contact Angus on 07777 163233 or email angus@bigblue.uk.com for more details
