Job Title: MEP Commercial Manager Location: Midlands, UK Company: Leading MEP ContractorAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to join our team in the Midlands. You will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of our MEP projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strong client relationships across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial management of MEP projects from pre-contract to completionPrepare, review, and negotiate tender submissions, budgets, and contractsMonitor project costs, forecasts, and margins to ensure financial targets are metProvide commercial advice to project teams and senior managementManage change control, variations, and claims in accordance with contract termsDevelop and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationshipsEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health & safety regulationsRequirements:Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within MEP or building services projectsStrong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost controlExcellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyCommercial awareness and a proactive problem-solving approachRelevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying is desirableWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile MEP projectsCareer growth and development within a leading contractorCollaborative and supportive work environment
