Please see detailsMain ResponsibilitiesCarry out on-site technical services on the entire range of productsPrepare and submit comprehensive site reports promptly, adhering to company SLAs. Conduct testing of warranty returned components and systems, compile internal/external reports and maintain internal databases. Inspect and repair graded units, compile reports and maintain internal databases.Provide Branches and external customers with technical support, communicating via email, phone or face-to-face as required. Attend site when required to resolve warranty disputes.Always adhere to health and safety protocols while performing duties and assist in developing and maintaining risk assessments and method statements as required.Support sales and admin colleagues by handling telephone orders and enquiries and effectively communicating details for the sales order processing system.Promote product sales and services when possible, such as promoting site services to offer efficient resolutions to customer queries. Maintain familiarity with new and present partner products, including attending training courses when required.Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.Qualifications2+ years\’ of technical support experienceCustomer service orientedStrong written and verbal and troubleshooting skillsF-GAS
