This post provides an exciting and challenging opportunity to join an experienced and highly motivated team within the Outpatient and Associated Services Directorate.
The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of external commissioning contracts providing elective capacity on behalf of NHS Lothian. This will also include line management responsibility for a team of 7 waiting list coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of planning and delivering services within a healthcare context.
- Experience of staff management.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and professional confidence to engage with a wide range of key stakeholders at all levels from within and out with NHS Lothian.
- Experience of monitoring targets and performance indicators.
