Overview:
Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you\’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan and managing the delivery of reactive value communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you\’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications. It\’s a busy role that requires a customer-focused mind-set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creation, ownership and delivery of the CRM plan and incentives.
- Working as a member of the wider marketing team to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objectives and needs.
- Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.
- Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI results.
- Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.
What you\’ll need to have:
- Have a background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM digital and printed communications.
- Be a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set.
- Have excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills.
- Be happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
