Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant? Do you have a passion for helping organisations find the right talent to build their business? OR are you a sales agent with in the medical space, looking to take a career step in another direction?

Real Staffing are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We are a leading global provider of specialist staffing services and have been in business for over 30 years. We are committed to providing our clients with the best talent in the life sciences industry, and we need an experienced recruitment consultant to help us achieve this.

As a 360 contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end-to-end. You\’ll source, screen and interview candidates, and onboard them for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years\’ experience within the life sciences sector

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment/sales process

• Knowledge of the recruitment market in the life sciences sector

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key stakeholders to build relationships and leverage future business opportunities

• Developing and managing a network of experienced life science professionals

• Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage with active and passive talent

• Negotiating job offers and contracts

• Leveraging market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities
