LOCATION

This role will be based in our London (Soho) office, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Reporting into the Creative Director and working closely with the digital team and Global Marketing project owner, you will focus on an important 12-month project, translating data insights into a bank of fit-for-purpose SEO driven content that adheres to the brand guidelines and answers customer questions and problems. All content will amplify the ghd tool portfolio, excite customers and empower them to choose, purchase and use our products, ultimately driving a measurable increase in traffic, engagement and conversion on our global .com sites and platforms.

This position is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A hybrid data-driven creative person, able to plan, create and manage content that answers specific needs of our internal and external global customers.
  • Working with your project counterpart in Marketing, you will be responsible for translating data-driven insights into on-brand SEO driven content on ghd global platforms, including YouTube, to improve UX and CX, ultimately driving a measurable increase in traffic, engagement and conversion.
  • Management of a large workload in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with key stakeholders to hit deadlines.
  • Safeguarding and maintaining the brand\’s aesthetic and brand guidelines.
  • Management of project-specific Budgets and POs, manage invoices and payments and expenses through our in-house systems and across relevant departments and teams.
  • Responsible for all project-specific pre-production including stakeholder liaison, briefing, rights negotiations, casting, bookings, locations, scheduling, planning, creating call sheets, stock management, working with production companies, looking after talent, being a brand advocate, creating content to brief.
  • Post-production asset management including feedback, retouch notes, managing suppliers for delivery, renaming and file management and approval processes to ensure we meet our important timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly organised, great communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in communicating the brand vision to production partners and talent.
  • A strong understanding of the market, specifically YouTube, and what resonates with audiences.
  • Experience working with production agencies and partners to deliver on time and in budget.
  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience answering briefs to create high-performance SEO & KPI driven content to improve UX and CX.
  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience in end-to-end production for luxury/beauty tech clients including briefing production agencies, bookings, casting, rights, scheduling, talent management on and off set, post-production and all associated admin.
  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience shooting hair and/or beauty to create beautiful results.
  • Flexible to travel to shoots in London/UK when needed.
  • Strong negotiation skills to maximise budgets.
  • Photoshop/Adobe suite a benefit.
