Role Overview:

Highly regarded firms are seeking experienced Corporate Lawyers with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience to join their dynamic teams. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions and providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a range of corporate matters and transactions

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents

• Managing transactions and overseeing due diligence processes

• Ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements

• Building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal solutions

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least three years’ experience in corporate law

• Strong expertise in M&A, corporate governance, and transaction management

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively under pressure
