A wildly successful, state of the art of international architecture firm is looking for an experienced private and business PA to come and support the co-founder. Based in slick, quirky office in West London, this firm has a genuine family feel and great company culture. With yoga or PT classes in weekly and free daily lunches, this is truly a fabulous opportunity.
The co-founder is an incredibly busy, HNW individual and is looking for 360-degree support with a heavy lean towards private support (60/30). We are looking for someone that has 15+ years’ experience and has perhaps worked in a private family office or similar.
Business duties include:

Complex scheduling of meetings across multiple time zones

Extensive international travel, in particular to China and Europe. This includes heavy travel within each trip.

Organization of company meetings and board meetings

Inbox management

Assisting with drafting correspondence
Private duties include:

Family holidays (extended family)

Sourcing R&R, arrangements, excursions and restaurants

Sale/purchase arrangements of property

Dealing with agents and checking documents from solicitors, from time to time

Multiple restaurant bookings business and personal with attention to food tolerances

London home maintenance

General day to day chores as required

Health appointments as required

Previous experience supporting at founder level – ideally in a similar or creative industry
