The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The individual will be responsible for growing the PM division of the business in the region, driving this business forward, enticing new opportunities, converting existing projects and providing the key client interface while having an integral position within the wider business.
Purpose of the role;

Lead the growth of the PM business in London and the South East

Be responsible for the P&L of the division

Lead and manage personnel within the business

Oversee all project management aspects of project delivery, including strategy, planning, pre-construction, design, procurement, delivery and aftercare

Collaborate with other Directors to develop and deliver the company’s strategic objectives

Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all staff, customers, and partners

Support overall business objectives

Provide professional property-related commercial expertise to clients and develop new business opportunities

Assist with staff recruitment and retention

Enhance the organisation’s reputation and brand

Undertake business development activities to attract new and retain existing customers
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, charismatic, ambitious, and detail-oriented. Professionally recognised project management related qualification, along with MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or similar

Extensive experience in project management for major construction and real estate projects

Proficient in all aspects of project management, including strategy, pre-construction, planning, design management, stakeholder management, procurement, construction, handover, and aftercare

Proven ability to manage project/supply chain procurement and reporting/performance management

Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in complex and uncertain situations involving diverse stakeholders

Skilled in risk management, including impact assessment

Able to define and influence strategic goals, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards

Experienced in financial management across various budget levels, with strong analytical skills and the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to propose solutions

Proficient in construction contracts, contract management, and procurement practices for projects and service delivery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to all levels, including explaining technical matters to non-technical audiences
