Job Description: HR Coordinator at MarshallMarshall Slingsby Advanced Composites, based in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire, specializes in producing complex composite structures used in ships, submarines, and aircraft. We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include: Processing payroll accurately and timely for all employees. Administering recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Issuing HR-related letters and documentation. Managing onboarding and induction administration. Processing security vetting for employees. Maintaining HR systems and training databases. Responding to employee and applicant queries regarding HR processes. Reporting on KPIs and HR activities. Supporting policy and procedure maintenance. Attending meetings and providing HR guidance. Promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of HR systems is a plus. Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
