Finance Manager

Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company in the music industry, is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial processes and collaborate with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping & accounting
• Oversee VAT, payroll, and compliance (including international payments)
• Analyze financial data for cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure accurate and timely payments
• Streamline and improve financial processes
• Work with external accountants and leadership on financial strategy
• Prepare for future growth, with potential to lead a finance team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or working towards completion)
• Minimum 3 years\’ experience in accounting/finance
• Strong financial software proficiency & knowledge of accounting practices
• highly organized with excellent analytical skills
• Strong communicator, able to work with internal & external stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Passion for the music industry and eager to contribute to an innovative company
