Go To Market Manager (Finance & Operations)

Our global IT client has an exciting opportunity for a Go to Market Manager (Finance & Operations) who will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy. This includes developing and executing marketing plans, managing product launches and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
2. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
3. Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
4. Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and incorporating this into the go-to-market plans.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analysing the performance of go-to-market initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
6. Support the internal quarterly business updates and reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance and Operations solutions.
2. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
3. Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market/product marketing strategies.
4. Strong collaboration and communication skills, specifically presentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. AI knowledge (preferred).

This is a PAYE role to start ASAP until June 2025, with a potential extension through to September 2025, paying in the region of £261 per day (depending on experience).

The role is required on a hybrid basis, typically involving 2-3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) onsite at our client’s offices in London Paddington and/or at partner sites.
