The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We will provide a number of crucial Facility services across the client’s state including engineering, cleaning, catering, and sustainability
The contract is currently in the mobilisation phase before go live date later in the year. Initially you will provide this support within the mobilisation and then supporting the day to day delivery within Sustainability post live date
This is a seriously major account and represents a great opportunity for a developing Sustainability Analyst to grow their experience working for a leading employer in the built environment space on a key UK Government account
Actions will include:

Working under the Sustainability Manager, the Sustainability Analyst is responsible for all sustainability and data reporting requirements across the contract.

Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual reports are planned, prepared and delivered on time – working as part of the Sustainability Team.

Collate and support the wider Account Team on capturing suitable data for KPI’s – design data solutions as needed (working with key stakeholders i.e. CAFM Team, IT Platforms).

Advising on data solutions to data challenges as needed

Assisting in working on continual improvement opportunities with the customer

Meeting and Network groups – support action management as needed. Develop long term trusted relationships across employer, customer and other stakeholders

Experience in data analysis and advanced in Excel, keen individual who strives with routine reporting.

Graduate level carbon and environmental data professional.
