Visit schoolsto gain a deep understanding of their requirements and showcase how Prospero can support them. Attract top-tier education professionalsthat match the schools\’ needs and ethos. Manageadvertising campaignsacross job boards, social media, and our website. Interview and assessTeachers and Teaching Assistants. Successfullyfill school vacancieson both supply and contract bases.To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:Aproven track recordin recruitment or sales. Solid experience withcompliance processesspecific to recruitment. A good understanding of theeducation recruitment industry(preferred). The ability tomanage high-volume workloadswhile meeting tight deadlines. Exceptionalcommunication skillsto engage with stakeholders at all levels.
