Notified is hiring a results-driven Marketing Director who will develop and execute marketing programs to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and support sales objectives across Europe. As a new strategic position, this role will establish focused, impactful marketing campaigns at the country level to accelerate regional expansion.
We seek a natural collaborator and excellent communicator with proven B2B marketing experience in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven leader who can directly connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes while thriving in ambiguous environments and making decisive choices.
Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer with a dotted line to the VP EMEA Sales, you will manage an Events Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. You\’ll work closely with country sales organizations to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a practical country-by-country marketing strategy for the EMEA region to elevate Notified\’s awareness and preference, while driving marketing-led growth through lead generation efforts in key markets.
- In partnership with EMEA Sales VP and CMO, identify and prioritize key markets and segments to target, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Own and deliver on revenue funnel targets and growth goals for EMEA region through strategic marketing initiatives and demand generation programs.
- Create and track KPIs that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact of all marketing investments and activities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in challenging low-impact activities and redirecting resources to high-yield programs with proven revenue impact.
- Manage and optimize agency relationships and marketing investments based on concrete business outcomes and ROI.
- Working closely with the global Growth Marketing team, oversee the localization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
- Oversee regional brand efforts, including brand marketing, event management and localized brand campaigns and creative executions.
- Identify and build strategic EMEA-based partnerships and alliances that enhance market reach and drive business growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing or communications experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience required.
- Prior experience in IR, PR, Capital Markets or Marketing Technology preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a complex, global organization.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural differences, and business practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing\’s contribution to revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with sales teams and align marketing activities to revenue targets.
- History of successful decision-making in ambiguous business environments and achieving results with limited resources.
- Strong backbone – willing to say \”no\” to protect team resources and focus on revenue-generating priorities.
- Natural leader who can inspire teams through challenging situations while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- Fluent English required; additional European language(s) highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
