As our Machine Learning capability area continues to grow, we’re looking for a Principal ML Engineer to join our team in a leadership capacity. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of challenging and interesting problems, from rapid research and proof of concepts through to deployment of cutting-edge technology into operational systems for diverse end users.

Key skills, experience and behaviours
- Extensive Technical Experience: Experience in designing, developing and deploying complex Machine Learning solutions.
- Deep Technical Expertise: Knowledge of fundamental machine learning approaches and software engineering.
- Holistic Delivery Track Record: Implementing and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Assurance Experience: Background in assurance of Machine Learning components.

- Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work across edge hardware and cloud environments.
- Some knowledge of deep reinforcement learning.
