Solution Architect – Salary up to £65,900

You will:

  • Design innovative, secure, and service-oriented solutions that meet our customers\’ needs.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team focused on applications and integration, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to our global architecture practice, enhancing processes and driving value across the organization.
  • Your role will be pivotal in defining roadmaps, setting technical priorities, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in solution architecture, Agile delivery methods, and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture.
  • Ability to apply innovative technology solutions to modern challenges (e.g., big/event-driven data, GenAI).
  • Financial awareness to support cost-benefit analysis and inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Salary up to £65,900 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
