Are you an ambitious Project Manager looking for innovative, impactful and inspiring work? Well, Community Integrated Care is recruiting for a Project Manager to join its ground breaking Partnerships and Communities Team!

You will be a vital member of an award-winning function that develops programmes and partnerships that change lives at scale. From creating social impact programmes with major sports, brands and events, to leading campaigns to tackle exclusion, you will be part of a team that is like no other.

This 12-month maternity contact is open to candidates based anywhere in the North West. You must be able to travel to our head office in Widnes at least once a week and nationally as and when required.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

The Project Manager is a vital role that helps ensure that our Partnerships and Community programmes are effectively designed, managed and implemented.

Our ideal candidate will blend technical expertise, creativity, empathy and adaptability. They will be able to bring project management approaches that empower a team that is fast-paced, innovative, and agile. As our team works with leading brands, organisations, and public figures, they will also be skilled at building and maintaining relationships.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects throughout their project lifecycle, ensuring that they achieve maximum impact, reach and value for our charity.

Day to Day you’ll be (list not exhaustive please see JD)

  • Lead the Project Management planning and oversight for a diverse range of programmes, relationships and campaigns, ensuring they deliver their target impacts.

  • Support effective resource planning, collaboration, organisation, communications and budget management within the team – breaking down long-term strategic goals into actionable steps.

  • Oversee effective coordination and collaboration with internal departments, suppliers and partners in the scoping, developing and delivery of projects, partnerships and campaigns.

  • Ensure that our projects can provide effective impact measurement data and evidence.

  • Lead meetings, workshops and planning sessions with our team to unlock lessons and insights from our projects, identify productivity gains, and support the development of new concepts.

  • Empower a culture of continuous improvement and learning in our team, and empowering the project management skills of your teammates.

  • Develop presentations, reports and planning documentation and provide administrative oversight. This includes scheduling meetings, updating project management systems, and reporting on data.

  • Degree Qualification or equivalent work experience in a similar role

  • Practitioner Certificate in PRINCE 2 or equivalent project management qualification

  • Proficient in MS Office applications / Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Project and CRM)

  • Skilled at overseeing a diverse portfolio of programmes, campaigns and activations.

  • Experience of significant project challenges and evidence of lessons learned

  • Experience of successfully defining and managing a significantly sized programme of interrelated projects

  • Understanding of Change Management processes
