Our client, a leading manufacturer of machine tools, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring seamless machine installations and commissioning, and delivering high-quality service and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain machine tools at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring optimal machine performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise.
• Deliver training and advice to customers on equipment operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Experience in servicing and maintaining machine tools or similar equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to provide customer training and support.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
