A rare opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant with fluent business-standard/bilingual German language skills to support a dynamic deal team in a leading global private equity firm.
Based in stunning offices as part of a close-knit administrative team of five, you will support your own deal team which includes two Senior deal-makers at Managing Director level. Working with growing companies across Europe, you will be putting your exceptional organisational skills to use in getting the team exactly where they need to be in the world with all relevant logistics, document support and stakeholder communications handled seamlessly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Close, complex calendar management for 2 MDs, with logistical support for the rest of the team (7 professionals in total)
- Global travel, accommodation and transfers management with attendant visa arrangements
- Handling multi-currency expenses
- Phone coverage and managing communication with portfolio companies and external advisors (Law firms, consultancies etc.), producing and processing correspondence as needed
- Preparing information books for the team, prior to their meetings especially for potential investors
- Maintaining various contact lists and electronic files
- Ensuring professional tools and equipment for the team are up and running/accessible for the whole team in concert with IT
