Are you an experienced, autonomous Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re seeking a proactive professional to support a Principal Delivery Consultant/Co-founder in a fully remote, career-defining role. You’ll manage travel coordination, calendar scheduling, email communications, and project workflows while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel & logistics (flights, accommodations, visas)
  • Email triage & CRM updates
  • Meeting coordination & follow-ups
  • Project support, research deep-dives and present big picture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of EA/VA/PA experience in a fast-paced setting within a relevant industry (defence, military, logistics, international development, engineering, etc)
  • Proficient in O365 tools; HubSpot/Canva is a plus
  • CET timezone alignment (or flexibility to adjust hours)
  • Ability to work very independently and multitask effectively
