Our client, established since 1986, has seen rapid growth over the past decade are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

About the Role:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with cost analysis to inform tender preparation.
*
Identifying commercial risks and developing suitable responses.
*
Monitoring and controlling costs throughout project lifecycles.
*
Managing cost variations and tracking budget changes.
*
Preparing and analysing project costings, including materials, labour, and time.
*
Liaising between managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
*
Producing and presenting analytical reports as required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred).
