Person Specification:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an accountancy practice.
- Proficiency with accounting software (preferably QuickBooks Online, Sage Desktop, IRIS, and Excel).
- Strong experience meeting client deadlines and managing workloads.
- A motivated team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounts for small and medium-sized companies (FRS 105 & FRS 102 1A).
- Preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and actionable advice.
- Sound knowledge of Corporation and Personal Tax matters.
- Supervision and mentoring of junior staff members.
