With ambitious goals and a loyal customer base, we’re primed for someone to take the reins and elevate our paid media to its next chapter.🔥 What You’ll Be DoingAs Paid Media Account Director, you’ll be the senior lead across all paid channels, responsible for end-to-end strategy, team guidance, and performance delivery. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth, brand and creative teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are sharp, scalable, and delivering true business impact.Your responsibilities will include:Owning and evolving the full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest & emerging platformsManaging and optimising large-scale budgets across global campaignsTranslating data into insights that inform creative, media mix, and customer journeyBuilding and leading a high-performing paid team or external partnersPartnering with creative teams to test, analyse, and iterate ad contentDeveloping strategic reports and presenting insights to leadershipIdentifying new growth opportunities and testing innovative paid channelsEnsuring strong attribution, tracking infrastructure, and ROAS reportingStaying ahead of platform trends, privacy updates, and consumer behaviour shifts✅ What We’re Looking For6+ years of hands-on paid media experience in ecommerce, retail, or DTC environmentsProven track record of scaling paid media accounts with strong commercial impactExpert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTokDeep understanding of performance data, attribution, and optimisation leversStrategic thinker with the ability to get granular when neededConfident managing media budgets at scale (multi-six or seven figures annually)Experience leading or mentoring a team and managing stakeholdersKnowledge of Shopify, GA4, and tracking/analytics tools preferred
