Purpose of the role
As Bid Manager for Movianto UK, you will play a key role in securing new business and retaining existing contracts by leading the end-to-end bid process. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will closely with our Head of Sales, and Account Directors to develop and submit compelling bids and tenders that align with Movianto\βs ambitious growth strategy. You will craft professionally written proposals that highlight our strengths and value driven logistics solutions, ensuring success in competitive tendering processes across the healthcare sector. Managing multiple bids at once, you will oversee structured and efficient submission processes, making a direct impact on our growth.

- Managing all aspects of the bid process, from pre-engagement to submission and post-bid analysis.
- Developing clear, compelling responses that showcase our capabilities and value propositions.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders, scheduling bid timelines, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Conducting detailed quality control and peer reviews before bid submissions.
- Researching client requirements, industry trends, and competitors to strengthen proposals.
- Maintaining and updating our bid library and tender pipeline within Salesforce.
