From our central London office, we work with private clients, trustees, funds and family offices to manage their residential property portfolios and fulfil their requirements with expertise and discretion. In doing so, we create time and help to increase the returns for our clients by removing risk in delivering an unrivalled management service, keeping projects on time and to budget and providing a professionally regulated reporting routine.

The Role
The position is within the residential team of the private office dealing with prime residential assets in London. Your role will be client-facing and involve the property management of both let and owner-occupied residential properties.
The role will require:
- Ensuring the smooth-running of clients’ property portfolios whether they be owner occupied or commercially let.
- Organising reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
- Conducting routine inspections of client properties.
- Occasional lifestyle management ranging from booking private travel to arranging freighting.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a range of individuals from clients to tradespeople.
- Flexibility – each day will throw up unexpected challenges, and a successful candidate will have the capacity to react quickly and efficiently to these.
- 2 years minimum experience in a property management role.
- Experience operating property management software (such as: Alto, Acquaint, PropCo, Expert Agent etc.).
- Strong team working abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage their own work stream.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
