Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a forward thinking Architectural Practice in Milton Keynes, who have recently started searching for a creative, enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant to join their ever-growing team. The reason for their spike in interest of recruitment is due to the shifts within the team, where the Directors are now extremely motivated to grow the practice and take it to the next level. Our client have been established for around 10 years and already have huge aspirations in terms of what direction they’re to be heading in, specifically with rapid growth in their turnover target for the future.
Our client have high expectations of their new recruits, therefore a successful Part II Architectural Assistant is most likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the new opportunity; interest in the practice and their ethos including the type of projects they’d be working on; a willingness to learn and take on information when needed. Day to day as an employee of this practice, you are most likely to be working on larger scale projects within Residential, Hospitality, Mixed-Use and Student Accommodaton. Being a specialist in the Residential sector they work in all types of multi-unit residential developments, bespoke homes, private apartments, student accommodation, high end living, built to rent developments and affordable housing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 years’ practical experience to join an ambitious, rapidly developing practice around Milton Keynes.
