Location: Isle of Wight, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience Mega Yacht Solutions Ltd is seeking a experienced Yacht Manager to join our team on the Isle of Wight. We provide comprehensive management services to large yachts, ensuring seamless operation, compliance, and owner satisfaction. This role is an opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing company dedicated to excellence in the yachting industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management of yachts ranging from 30m to 100m , ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency. Develop, implement, and refine company procedures to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness. Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide strategic oversight of safety, security, financial management, and crew salary levels where applicable. In conjunction with the DPA, liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to flag state, classification, and international maritime regulations . Coordinate maintenance schedules, refit projects, and technical support to optimize yacht performance and longevity. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive company growth and service excellence. Key Requirements: Proven experience in yacht management with a strong understanding of yacht operations from 30m to 100m . In-depth knowledge of yacht safety, compliance, and financial management . Experience working with yacht owners, captains, and crew , providing expert guidance and support. Ability to develop and implement effective management procedures .
